Refund Policy
- Donations: All donations made to DESC are non-refundable.
- Programs and Services: If a participant cancels their registration for a DESC program or service, DESC will refund their payment according to the following schedule:
- If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the start of the program or service, DESC will provide a full refund.
- If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the start of the program or service, DESC will provide a 50% refund.
- If the participant does not show up for the program or service, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
- Programs and Services: DESC reserves the right to cancel any program or service for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, DESC will provide a full refund to participants who have paid for the program or service.
- Events: DESC may cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation, DESC will provide notice to registered participants and will offer a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
