“Help the Girl child attain Self Sustenance“
To provide school children, youth and unemployed/ underemployed with the opportunity to learn and develop their public speaking and other sustenance skills for survival and growth, through an online mentorship program to be conducted weekly on Google/ Zoom platform with Link on our website and SM platforms.
– The Online DESC Mentors Program offers school children, youth and every person an opportunity to develop their public speaking and life changing skills, and to unlock their full potential towards self reliance.
– The program provides access to experienced mentors who will provide one-on-one support and guidance to help the mentees succeed.
– The Mentors Program is a unique and innovative way to help school children and youth prepare for their future and Sustainable growth.
-The Online DESC Mentors Program will provide school children, youth, skilled/ unskilled persons, under-employed/ un-employed people with a unique opportunity to develop skills such as leadership, Management, Education, Life and Sustainability skills, Climate and Environment, Information Technology, problem-solving, teamwork, Sm and digital marketing, communication and Vocational Skills, which are crucial for their future success/ sustainability.
-The program will help build confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of accomplishment, while also providing access to valuable networking opportunities and mentorship.
-By the end of the program, mentees should be able to demonstrate a noticeable improvement in their public speaking and other desired skills in achievement of DESC’s Aim of “Empowering People for Self- Sustainability”
